Refund Policy

Returns Right off the bat, we give you a full 30 days to try our products out. If for whatever reason a customer isn’t satisfied, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of declaration of receipt from the courier. U.S customers will get free return shipping. Customers outside the U.S. are required to pay for return shipping costs. Returns must be in the state you received them and in its original packaging. We only accept returns communicated within our 30 day return policy. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error (This does not include damaged box). If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team and be sure to include a picture or a video for quality assurance purposes and we will process a replacement. Easy Return Process: 1. Send an email to our customer care at hello@shruum.co and ask for a return label. 2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 3. When we receive your return, it will be processed within 5 business days. Items should be returned in its original state including the packaging. Once the return has been inspected and processed, your full refund will be given with 15% restocking fee. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. 4. Once the refund has been processed, you will be notified through email by our customer care specialists. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Order Cancellation & Modification If we are contacted while the order is still in early stages of processing, we may, at our discretion, modify the color, type, and shipping address upon request. If you notice a mistake on your address, please reach out immediately and that will increase your chances of getting it fixed. Refunds will not be available for products that were never received due to a mistaken address. International Shipments We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
